Public answer detail is removed after 30 days, anonymous study identity after 35 days, and raw public summaries after 40 days. Identity-free daily aggregates are retained for 395 days. Aggregate-only capacity monitoring protects preserved evidence without exposing candidate or attempt identifiers.

Assigned assessment evidence is preserved while tied to an active or disabled candidate. Governed candidate anonymization removes answer detail and roster links; a separate approved policy is required before any assigned-origin summary is aggregated or deleted.
